A Stunning Dress!
The Tulip Rosette Ruffle Maxi Dress is a stunning and very feminine dress; and the fabric is absolutely gorgeous and even more beautiful in person. I will be wearing this dress to a late afternoon/evening party where the dress code is “summer formal”. I am 5’ 3 1/2” tall and 109 lbs, slim but with some curves and ordered a size 2. The dress hangs a little longer than shown online but the dress can be taken up by a good seamstress. I think a size smaller would be too small in the hips and waist.
