WHAT IS THE MILLY RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?
We hope you love what you ordered and that your purchase results in a true #millymoment. We are happy to accept eligible returns in new and unused condition within 30 days from receipt of the package. A refund, less a $14.00 restocking fee per order, will be made in the original form of payment if selected. If store credit is selected, the restocking fee will be waived. Items must not be worn, damaged or altered in any way and all tags must be attached.
Please note: all items marked final sale (ending in .99) cannot be returned or exchanged. In addition, sale items that are purchased with a discount code during a promotion may not be returned or exchanged. We currently don't offer exchanges or refunds on an item that was previously exchanged.
MILLY reserves the right to deny any return that does not fall within the specific guidelines listed above. Items will be sent back directly to the customer in a timely manner should they not fit MILLY’s return requirements.
Not the perfect fit? MILLY is happy to offer an exchange of your eligible item for a different size or color with a waived restocking fee. Please note all exchanges must follow the same return guidelines as listed above and are subject to the item's availability.

We offer price adjustments within 30 days of your order being placed for styles that are currently carried on our site. All price adjusted items are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns. Additionally, all items labeled as Final Sale are not eligible for price adjustments.
