HOW CAN I CONTACT CUSTOMER CARE?

Please email customercare@milly.com. Please note all inquiries will be answered within 48 hours.

WHAT IS THE MILLY RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

We hope you love what you ordered and that your purchase results in a true #millymoment. We are happy to accept eligible returns in new and unused conditions within 30 days from receipt of the package. You can choose to be refunded to your original form of payment, minus a $14 return shipping fee, or in the form of store credit for the full amount. Return shipping fees will be waived on all first orders so you can find your perfect fit at MILLY. Items must not be worn, damaged or altered in any way and all tags must be attached.

SWIM: If you buy a swimsuit or bikini bottom & remove the hygienic liner, we will no longer be able to accept the return. Please try swimsuits on over underwear for sanitary reasons. Do not remove protective slip.

Please note: all items marked final sale (ending in .99) cannot be returned or exchanged. We currently don't offer exchanges or refunds on an item that was previously exchanged. In addition, sale items purchased with a discount code during a promotion may not be returned or exchanged.

MILLY reserves the right to deny any return that does not fall within the specific guidelines listed above. Items will be sent back directly to the customer in a timely manner should they not fit MILLY’s return requirements.

Not the perfect fit? MILLY is happy to offer an exchange of your eligible item for a different size or color with a waived restocking fee. Please note all exchanges must follow the same return guidelines as listed above and are subject to the item's availability.

At this time, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for international orders.

HOW DO I DETERMINE MY SIZE?

WHAT IF MY SIZE IS NOT AVAILABLE?

Please click the link “can’t find my size” on the product page of the desired product, enter your email and select your desired size, and we will email you when if it becomes available again!

I AM LOOKING FOR A MILLY ITEM THAT IS NOT CURRENTLY FOUND ON THE MILLY.COM WEBSITE. WHAT DO I DO?

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS?  

DOES MILLY CHARGE SALES TAX?

Milly.com currently only charges sales tax for items being delivered to New York State and Massachusetts.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY MILLY CLOTHING?

Many of our items have special hand detailing and embellishments which may require special care. While most of our care details are listed on the product pages, if you have a specific question regarding how to treat and clean your MILLY clothing, please email customercare@milly.com.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER ON MILLY.COM?

Once your order is submitted, we unfortunately cannot guarantee any cancellation. Please reach out to customercare@milly.com with your order number immediately and we will try our best to honor the cancellation.

Price Adjustments

We offer price adjustments within 14 days of your order being placed for styles that are currently carried on our site. All price adjusted items are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns. Additionally, all items labeled as Final Sale are not eligible for price adjustments. We currently do not offer price adjustments on flash sales.
