    Beautiful silk blouse with flounce sleeves that are elasticized to wear down or push up. Would give it 5 stars but wish Milly would have an XS rather than petite. The flounce sleeves would be wonderful if they were a bit longer to wear peaking under jacket sleeves. The petite fits like an xs just not the sleeves.
