We ship FedEx Ground, 2Day, and Overnight. Only Ground shipping is available to Alaska, Hawaii and other U.S. territories. Shipping does not reflect holiday delivery schedule.
All overnight and 2Day orders must be placed by 11 AM EST to ship before end of business day. Orders placed after 11 AM EST will be shipped the following business day. All orders placed on Friday after 11 AM will ship on Monday.
All orders over $1000 require signature upon delivery.
2-Day and Overnight shipping are not available for Saturday deliveries. Shipping is not available to post office boxes. All orders will take 2-3 business days to process and will ship from the MILLY warehouse.

We hope you love what you ordered and that your purchase results in a true #millymoment. We are happy to accept eligible returns in new and unused conditions within 30 days from receipt of the package. You can choose to be refunded to your original form of payment, minus a $14 return shipping fee, or in the form of store credit for the full amount. Items must not be worn, damaged or altered in any way and all tags must be attached.
SWIM: If you buy a swimsuit or bikini bottom & remove the hygienic liner, we will no longer be able to accept the return. Please try swimsuits on over underwear for sanitary reasons. Do not remove protective slip.
MAYA BRENNER: All non-custom purchases are eligible for return within 2 weeks of receipt. To make a return or exchange, contact us at customerservice@mayabrenner.com for confirmation. For your protection, your return should always be shipped insured and include a copy of your receipt. Please note that shipping costs are not refundable and Maya Brenner is not responsible for returns that are lost in the mail.
Please note: all items marked final sale (ending in .99) cannot be returned or exchanged. We currently only offer store credit on items that were previously exchanged.
MILLY reserves the right to deny any return that does not fall within the specific guidelines listed above. Items will be sent back directly to the customer in a timely manner should they not fit MILLY’s return requirements.
Not the perfect fit? MILLY is happy to offer an exchange of your eligible item for a different size or color with a waived restocking fee. Please note all exchanges must follow the same return guidelines as listed above and are subject to the item's availability.
MILLY has partnered with a trusted third-party partner to ship globally and accurately show you the duties and taxes needed to fulfill international orders. Simply put, the items you wish to purchase in your Shopping Cart and choose your destination, the cost for shipping your order depends on your location, the size of your order, and the service level you choose for shipping (Express, Standard). In addition, we will process your payment along with all taxes and duties. Once we process and scan your order you will receive tracking information if you included your email address. Please note that due to specific carriers schedules it may take two or three business days to ship out from our facility.
