I live in Florida, and it is hard to find a sleeveless blouse that is comfortable and looks dressed up. I actually wore it with ivory/gold tweed shorts for my wedding brunch the day after, and it looked perfect for the occasion. The fit is true to size. I ordered a 12. I am a 38D. It was slightly snug, but not restricting or looked tight. The collar was more comfortable than I thought it would be.
