Bow Does Not Stay Up - Is Floppy

The top is very cute, however it is made out of a soft linen, so the top of the bow does not stay up as shown in the picture no matter what you do - I starched it, etc. I will have to tack the top of the bow to the removable strap, otherwise it just flops over like a dead fish. It is cute enough to keep, though, and I will never wear it strapless, so I will make the alteration. A bit disappointing for the price point, though
