What is the MILLY return and exchange policy?

We hope you love what you ordered and that your purchase results in a true #millymoment. We are happy to accept eligible returns in new and unused condition within 30 days from receipt of the package. No returns are able to be accepted past 30 days. A refund, less a $7.00 restocking fee per order, will be made in the original form of payment if selected. If store credit is selected, the restocking fee will be waived. Items must not be worn, damaged or altered in any way and all tags must be attached. For the return of swimwear, the sanitary lining must be attached.


Please note: all items marked final sale (ending in .99) cannot be returned or exchanged. In addition, sale items that are purchased with a discount code during a promotion may not be returned or exchanged.


MILLY reserves the right to deny any return that does not fall within the specific guidelines listed above. Items will be sent back directly to the customer in a timely manner should they not fit MILLY’s return requirements.

Not the perfect fit? MILLY is happy to offer an exchange of your eligible item for a different size or color with a waived restocking fee. Please note all exchanges must follow the same return guidelines as listed above and are subject to the item's availability.


How do I determine my size?

What is a "pre-order"?

Pre-ordering is a great way to reserve items ahead of their release, ensuring you will receive the size and style you desire. Once you place a pre-order online, the product will be shipped the moment it arrives at the MILLY warehouse. Your credit card will not be charged until it is shipped to you. Please note: all pre-orders will automatically be shipped via ground delivery. We will try to ship pre-orders together when possible.


When will I receive my pre-order?

Pre-orders will ship the moment they arrive at the MILLY warehouse. The expected shipping date is noted on the product description page and is subject to change.

What is ShopRunner?

MILLY is pleased to offer ShopRunner, a members-only shopping program that offers unlimited free 2-day shipping, and free returns at over 140+ retailers.


What is ShopRunner eligible?

Look for the ShopRunner logo next to any product to see if it is eligible for ShopRunner. Please note that any item on pre-order is eligible for 2-day shipping after the anticipated ship date listed. In addition, any order shipped to a PO Box / APO address or International address is not eligible for ShopRunner.


What are my shipping options?


In the United States:

We ship FedEx Ground, 2Day, and Overnight. We cannot guarantee overnight shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and other U.S. territories. All overnight and 2Day orders must be placed by 11 AM EST to ship before end of business day. Orders placed after 11 AM EST will be shipped the following business day. 2Day and Overnight shipping are not available for Saturday deliveries. Shipping is not available to post office boxes. All orders with ground delivery will take 2-3 business days to process and ship from the MILLY warehouse.

Does MILLY charge Sales Tax?

Milly.com currently only charges sales tax for items being delivered to New York State and Massachusetts.


How do I care for my MILLY clothing?

Many of our items have special hand detailing and embellishments which may require special care. While most of our care details are listed on the product pages, if you have a specific question regarding how to treat and clean your MILLY clothing, please email customercare@milly.com.


Can I cancel my order on milly.com?

You have thirty minutes to cancel your order following submission of your order online. To cancel your order, please call 877-645-5969 or email customercare@milly.com.
