What is the MILLY return and exchange policy?

We hope you love what you ordered. But in case you don't, we are happy to accept eligible returns in new and unused condition within 37 days from the day on which the shipping notification is sent. A refund, less a $7.00 restocking fee per order, will be made in the original form of payment. Items must not be worn, damaged or altered in any way and all tags must be attached. For the return of swimwear, the sanitary lining must be attached.

MILLY does not have a formal exchange process. If you would like to exchange a product, kindly adhere to the standard MILLY return guidelines for your return product and then place an order for your preferred product.

Please note: All items marked Final Sale (ending in .99) cannot be returned or exchanged. In addition, occasionally, Sale items that are purchased with a discount code during a promotion may not be returned or exchanged.

  • How do I make a return

    Every order placed on MILLY.com includes a pre-printed return label for your convenience. To use the pre-printed return label, please follow the below steps. Alternatively, you may create your own return label under “Orders and Returns” at the bottom of this page.

    1. Please place the preprinted label on the box with your eligible return inside as well as the original packing slip.

    2. Take the package to any FedEx drop off location or schedule a pick up on FedEx.com

    3. Please allow 12-14 business days for your return to be received and processed. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.

    4. MILLY reserves the right to deny any return that does not fall within the specific guidelines listed above. Items will be sent back directly to the customer in a timely manner should they not fit MILLY’s return requirements.

  • What are my shipping options?

    Shipping in the United States:

    We ship FedEx Ground, 2Day, and Overnight. We cannot guarantee overnight shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and other U.S. territories. Shipping does not reflect holiday delivery schedule. HOLIDAY 2016 SHIPPING DEADLINES: All orders using Standard Ground Shipping must be placed on or before Thursday December 15th 2016 for delivery before December 25th. All orders using 2-Day Express Shipping must be placed on or before Tuesday December 20th 2016 for delivery before December 25th. All orders using Standard Overnight must be placed on or before Wednesday December 21st 2016 for delivery before December 25th. For any questions regarding holiday shipping deadlines, please email customercare@milly.com. 

    All overnight and 2Day orders must be placed by 11 AM EST to ship before end of business day. Orders placed after 11 AM EST will be shipped the following business day.

    2Day and Overnight shipping are not available for Saturday deliveries. Shipping is not available to post office boxes. All orders will take 2-3 business days to process and ship from MILLY warehouse.

    *Alaska, Hawaii , Guam and Puerto Rico shipping prices: $30 for USPS Priority Mail, $80 for 2Day and $100 for Overnight.

    Sales Tax

    MILLY.com currently only charges sales tax for items being delivered to New York State and Massachusetts.
