SALES ASSOCIATE, EAST HAMPTON ( starting April/May 2016 ):
The Sales Associate is responsible for the selling process, client service and individual sales performance in order to assist the store team in the achievement of the store sales plan. The Sales Associate is accountable for the development of the business through the use of enhanced selling skills, exceptional customer service and the increased clientele.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

-Ensure the highest level of customer service by partnering with sales staff and management through adherence to Selling Floor Etiquette and Selling Standards. 
-Assist with maintaining all selling floor, stock areas and visual displays. 
-Support management in all areas of inventory integrity, pricing and receiving accuracy, reporting any discrepancies to General Manager. 
-Support omni sales by locating merchandise for the customer that is not available in the store. 
-Ensure that stock and shipping requirements are being met and deadlines are achieved. 
-Accurate processing of all POS transactions, receiving, transfers, damages, return authorizations of product, FedEx shipments, repairs and damage paperwork with management approval and assistance. 
-Manage client repairs and special service requests. 
-In the development of store clientele, partnering with sales team to ensure all correspondence to individuals is passed appropriately. 
-Communicate to General Manager any product quality issues. 
-Daily maintenance of holds and damages ensuring adherence to Milly policy.


-Minimum 1 year experience in a comparable retail environment.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Passion for the brand and customer service.
-Great attention to detail and follow-up.
